I made this banner out of red, white, black cardstock and scraps of random Valentine paper from multiple companies. Some of the embellishments are just cut from paper, but the cupid and kissing couple I cut from my Slice machine. I strung it all on a pink ribbon. This is hanging on my fireplace. I love it!
